Return and Refund Policy – 3rd Prints
We specialize in custom 3D printing, and every item we produce is made to order based on your specifications. As such, our return and refund policy reflects the personalized nature of these services.
Custom Order Policy
Because each 3D-printed item is made specifically for you, custom prints are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. Please review your files and order details carefully before submitting.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided printing has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at aaron@3rd-prints.com to request cancellation.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- We’ll work with you to repair, reprint, or replace the item as needed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized prints or models
- Items printed from customer-uploaded STL or CAD files
- Modified or altered prints after delivery
We also do not accept returns on gift cards or final-sale items.
Refunds
In the rare case where a refund is warranted (e.g., production error we cannot remake), we will:
- Notify you of approval
- Process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at aaron@3rd-prints.com.
EU Customers
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, but this does not apply to custom-made products.
