We’re committed to getting your custom 3D prints delivered securely and on time. Below you'll find details about our local and standard shipping options.

Local Delivery & Pickup

If you're located in the Salt Lake City, UT or San Diego, CA areas, you may be eligible for local delivery or free local pickup:

• Local Delivery: Available within select zip codes. We'll coordinate a drop-off time via email or phone after your order is ready.
• Local Pickup: Pickup is available by appointment only. You’ll receive pickup instructions and location details once your order is complete.

Please select your preferred option during checkout. We’ll confirm availability before your item is shipped or scheduled for pickup. 

Standard Shipping

For all other locations, we offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after print completion.
• You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
• Shipping times may vary depending on print complexity, size, and carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We typically use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for domestic deliveries, depending on the size and weight of your package.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to protect your 3D prints during transit. Fragile or multi-part prints will be cushioned and boxed securely.
